automatic Jaima and biscuits production line flow diagram consist of wheat flour mixing,dough roller pressing,laminating,nonstop pastry making,rotating cutting and shaping,sugar or salt spraying in case need,drying or baking,oil spraying in case need,cooling,stacking and packing.

the line can produce various Jaima or biscuits by changing the rotating roller printer.

The spec and capacity of the lines per 8 hour shift are :

Model- BC400 capacity 1.5MT -2MT,

Model -BC600 capacity 4MT,

Model -BC1000 capacity 7.2MT
